Sub-flow filter GENO®-VARIO 3000 continuously improves the circulation water of closed hot and cold networks. To compensate for lost water volumes (minor leaks, repair measures), GENO®-VARIO 3000 adds treated raw water to the circuit. For water treatment, the sand filter stage first removes all non-soluble elements such as scale, rust or dirt particles. The connected ion exchange system then performs complete softening. As a result, a water quality in line with the applicable guidelines VDI 2035 and AGFW 510 (VdTÜV 1466) can be achieved without a change to the system content. It is actuated manually via the fully automated control electronics.
Please note local installation directives, general guidelines and technical specifications. The installation site must be frost-proof and the sub-flow filter protected against chemicals, dyes, solvents and vapours. If there are large amounts of course dirt, a course dirt filter must be installed upstream to protect the pump. The ambient temperature as well as the radiation temperature next to the system must not exceed 40 °C. A socket (230 V / 50 Hz) is required within a range of approx. 3 m of the system.
